I am Haroon Mohamed, an Automation & AI Developer, Client Success Manager, and full-stack builder. I built this HMX Zone website myself, and I can build full-stack websites, CRMs, SaaS dashboards, AI agents, and automation systems for businesses that need practical results.
I am currently studying Computer Science at University of the People and expect to graduate in 2030 with a Bachelor's degree. At the same time, I am building my own all-in-one CRM/SaaS system that brings pipelines, messaging, automations, billing, reporting, and client operations into one place.

Handled high-volume inbound support for billing, technical issues, service requests, escalations, retention, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Achieved 90%+ first-call resolution while balancing customer satisfaction with commercial outcomes and accurate documentation.
Generated real estate acquisition leads through high-volume outbound and inbound calling. Pre-qualified motivated sellers, gathered property and pricing data, completed 350+ calls per day, and delivered ready-to-convert leads with minimal disqualification.
Generated 85+ qualified leads per month, maintained a 90% contact-to-qualified-lead ratio, and introduced a fixed internal ballpark pricing method that improved seller expectations before handoff. This helped the acquisition team receive higher-quality opportunities and close deals faster.
Researched and verified large public-record datasets across tax sales, foreclosures, court filings, and county databases. Protected data integrity, validated ownership and claim eligibility, managed simultaneous research initiatives, and was awarded Data Rockstar by the CEO for analytical performance.
Designs AI-driven SMS and email campaigns where messages are dynamically generated instead of repeated. Builds automation workflows with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Stripe, Discord, Apollo, webhooks, and AI agents for outbound texting and cold calling. Reduced manual administrative work by 70-90% across key workflows.
Owns post-sale client relationships, onboarding, delivery communication, expectation management, escalations, appointment/package fulfillment monitoring, and performance feedback loops. Translates client needs into requirements for leadership, follow-up teams, and system improvements.
Built this website end-to-end and now builds full-stack websites, AI systems, CRM automations, dashboards, and SaaS-style tools for operators. Currently building an all-in-one CRM/SaaS platform that combines pipelines, messaging, automations, billing, reporting, and client operations.
