Verified Case Studies

Real builds only. No fake proof.

A case study only appears here when it has public, approved, or redacted evidence in the proof manifest. Feasible ideas and architecture notes live as systems or blueprints instead.

HMX Zone Website — Full-Stack Portfolio Built End-to-End

This website is itself a case study: a full-stack Next.js portfolio with route-based pages, lead capture, SEO metadata, case study routing, blog structure, and backend-ready architecture.

Full proof brief

Challenge

The old positioning was too narrow. It made the business look like an AI automation service only, even though the real offer includes full-stack websites, internal tools, CRM builds, SaaS-style platforms, AI agents, and automation systems. The site needed to prove that capability by being a real product surface, not a static brochure.

Solution

Built HMX Zone as a full-stack Next.js site with a structured App Router architecture, reusable sections, case study data powering both listing and detail routes, metadata for SEO/social sharing, lead capture flows, analytics hooks, and a scalable content library. The new copy makes it clear that I can build websites like this, full-stack apps, and automation-backed business systems.

Evidence

Where did the other examples go?

The previous list mixed real builds, internal product notes, and feasible system concepts. This page now shows verified case studies only. The rest are kept as system blueprints until there is approved proof media, source evidence, or a redacted artifact that can be documented.
